LYONS – Mary R. Fabino, 87, of Lyons, died on Jan. 30, 2010.
A private service will be held at Schulz-Pusateri Funeral home, 103 Maple Ct., Newark. Burial in Newark Cemetery. Memorials to DeMay Living Center, Newark, or to St. Michael’s Church, Newark.
Mary was born in Newark on Feb. 28, 1922, daughter of Anthony and Grace Scutella Minutolo. In her earlier years she worked at Stotts Dry Cleaners in Newark. Mary was a familiar face for many years at the Soda Spa in Lyons and also Fitzgeralds Restaurant. She attended St. Michael’s Church in Newark and liked to attend functions at the American Legion in Lyons.
Survived by: her brother, Peter (Virginia) Minutolo; nieces and nephews, Len (Karen) DeWeerdt, Tim (MaryGrace) Burnell, Mike, Paul and Theresa Minutolo, Joe (Val) Miotta; brother-in-laws, Jim (Josephine) and Bucky Fabino. Predeceased by: her husband, Albert; brothers, Frank, Paul and Joe; sisters, Ann, Josephine, Carmen, Rose and Jane.
